"Mark One wanted a backup system which could be installed into a terminal services environment as well as offering disc to disc backups. Various products were examined and the only one which fitted this criteria was UltraBac.

Installation was a 10 minute job, setting up schedules similar and within 30 minutes of installing, tapes were being written.

Throughput performance was better than the existing backup product. I have received regular updates as part of the support contract and, in the rare event of requiring support have found the personnel at Orbit to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly, have always solved the problem there and then. I cannot recommend UltraBac and Orbit highly enough - if only other software suppliers were the same !"
