"Trying to have a TOTAL disaster recovery system for NT Server 4.0 has been an unfulfilled goal of mine for quite some time. Through all of my non-successful searching I finally (through my ISP) found UltraBac.

"I was leery at first, considering the shortcomings of the competition's products. I called Seagate, Cheyenne, and even Iomega; I talked to tech support at each company and pressed to see if their software would back up everything on an NT Server including open files. Each one of them said that it wasn't possible to get everything and that certain files, like open files, would be left out. I am glad I didn't give up trying. UltraBac has been the best software purchase I have made all year. It really works. I was lucky enough to talk to James in tech support while completely formatting my NT and Programs partitions and starting over from scratch. "I had installed UltraBac and immediately backed up four of our mission critical servers. The next morning I planned on testing out the disaster recovery capabilities on a test machine. However, when I arrived at work that morning, I discovered that the hard drive in my main production server had failed! After overcoming my panic attack, with nothing to lose, I launched UltraBac. I spent five minutes looking over the help files and then proceeded to perform a restore of this machine.
